The recent revelations abuse of power, liwat-meliwat and the Altantuya murder cases have laid bare the blatant abuses and corruption in the government and amongst those who walk in the corridors of power. Even the blind can feel the effect of the corrupt government, what more those of us with eyes to see and knowledge to reason. The present BN coalition has lost all moral right to continue governing the country. Those who still stand by and support the present BN government must be just as guilty of having profited from the rampant corruption which has permeated through all strata of the Malaysian government and society. Do we need the whole country to collapse like Zimbabwe before we act? Do we need thousands of lives to be sacrificed before reformasi can be effected? Write now to all your BN reps to defect. All those BN reps who do not defect must be the corrupt, evil and selfish ones that had profited handsomely through their own hidden abuses and are afraid the new government will expose their ill-gotten gains and evil ways. God will not forgive those who continue to blindly support and perpetuate this corrupt and clueless government which had been on auto-pilot since day one when Abdullah Ahmad Badawi took over. The sooner we change for a new Pakatan Rakyat federal government with a clean slate of able leaders, the less painful it will be to overcome the fast-approaching world economic turmoil. The choice is yours. Do we continue using the ‘sleeping and flip-flopping’ skipper (premier) and risk sinking the whole nation into a deep economic abyss or ride through the world economic typhoon with a truly united Malaysian crew with a dedicated captain and proven leader? All pretenders please stand aside. This approaching economic thunderstorm needs battle-hardened commanders - not pampered softies fed with silver-spoons. We need to prepare the vessel and crew now before the thunderstorm hits. As all experienced storm survivors will tell you, you cannot change crew in the middle of the storm. Act now before all is lost for Malaysia! In the early years it was easy as ABC Humorous as in P Ramlee’s film Do Re Mi But Mahathir changed the tune to So Do My And Badawi said no problem, it is as easy as 1 -2 -3 But Altantuya’s C4 murder exploded into a political catastrophe Najib’s name was blown sky high but he kept saying it wasn’t Me, it wasn’t Me. As the stomach turns and the BN govt becomes tasteless as Maggi Mee A vibrant Malaysia turns soggy as the rakyat watch helplessly. Please act before it is too late. This letter if from me, a concerned Malaysian who has survived cycles of political and economic turmoil in the vast ocean of sea change. |
